Terms of Service — LawPredictAI

1. Scope of Services

LawPredictAI provides AI-generated legal analyses based on uploaded documents. These analyses include, among others, strategic evaluations, cost models, risk assessments, key legal issues, and probability simulations.

The results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Login credentials must not be shared. Each user account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

• Uploaded content is used exclusively to generate the case analysis.
• Your data remains your property. We claim no rights over it.
• We use EU-based servers and comply with the GDPR.
• Case analyses are stored temporarily to allow downloads and history tracking, unless you delete them manually.

4. Liability for AI Outputs

• The analysis results are based on statistical models and publicly available sources.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the outputs.
• Legal interpretation and final decisions remain solely your responsibility.

5. Pricing & Billing

• Pricing and included features are listed at lawpredictai.com/pricing.
• Each case is subject to document and volume limits based on your selected plan.
• Exceeding these limits results in additional fees per case according to the pricing table.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled or changed with 30 days' notice.

6. Copyright & Usage

• The platform, user interface, models, and generated analyses are the intellectual property of Innov-AI-tive GmbH.
• Reuse, automation, or reverse engineering is prohibited unless contractually permitted.

7. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading illegal or sensitive content
• Generating manipulative or misleading documents
• Violating privacy, copyright, or professional regulations
• Attacks on our systems (technical or social)

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. Availability

We aim for uptime of over 99%, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance windows and external outages may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the payments made by you in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access in case of misuse or breach of terms. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our data protection policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as needed. Changes will be announced by email or via in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Erlangen, Germany.
